BUDGET Decree 117/95 Affect, for General Rent, the surplus of funds collected and to raise, corresponding to the Sources of Financing 12 - Resources own and 13 - Resources with Specific Affectation.

VISTO Decree No. 2360 of 28 December 1994 on the distribution of the General BUDGET OF NATIONAL ADMINISTRATION for the year 1995, adopted by Act No. 24.447, and

CONSIDERING:

Article 17 of the said decree states that all jurisdictions and their respective entities, dependent on the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER, shall produce a reduction in the credits distributed for the present period, in accordance with the amounts appropriated in the table annexed to that article.

For the purpose of implementing the agreed reduction, it is necessary to modify the provisions of the NATIONAL ADMINISTRATION.

That, also, and for the purpose of implementing the provisions of article 17 of Decree No. 2360 of 28 December 1994, it is necessary to make use of the powers granted to the executory power by article 44 of Law No. 11.672 COMPLEMENTARY PERMANENT OF BUDGET (T.O. 1994) affecting the corresponding surpluses to the costs that are reduced,

That the measure provided for is covered by the provisions of article 44 of Law No. 11.672 COMPLEMENTARY PERMANENT BUDGET (T.O. 1994) and articles 8 and 17 of Decree No. 2360 of 28 December 1994.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 . Amend the General BUDGET OF NATIONAL ADMINISTRATION for the year 1995, in accordance with the working detail in tables annexed to this article that form an integral part of it.

Art. 2o . Please share in the NATIONAL TESORO the surplus of the funds collected and to collect for the amounts equivalent to the cost reductions corresponding to the Sources of Financing 12 - RESOURCES PROPIOS and 13 - RESOURCES WITH SPECIFIC AFFECATION approved in the tables annexed to Article 1 of this Decree.

Art. 3o . The jurisdictions and entities of the NATIONAL ADMINISTRATION shall deposit in the General TESORERIA of the NATION the amounts affected by the preceding article, in eleven monthly and consecutive quotas, the first to the 5 (five) days of the publication of the present decree, and the remaining on the last working day of each month.
