CONVENTIONS Decree 202/95 Approve a signed agreement for the completion of works at the International Airport "The Plumerillo".

VISTO the agreement of 28 December 1994, signed between the NATIONAL STATE and the PROVINCIA OF MENDOZA, represented by the Minister of Defence and the Lord Governor, respectively, and

CONSIDERING:

That the aforementioned agreement signed ad referendum of the National Executive is intended to enable the completion of the infrastructure and communications works of the International Airport "El Plumerillo", Department Las Heras, Province of Mendoza.

That for the execution of the work a call will be made to Public Litigation which will convene the Province, through its Ministry of Works and Public Services, and the creation of a Commission for its opening and award, composed of the representatives of the PROVINCIA DE MENDOZA and the AEREA ARGENTINA FORCE.

That the province will finance the works necessary for the implementation of the project through the Transformation and Growth Fund, which will be returned by the Nation in the conditions agreed upon in the reference instrument.

The Ministry of Defence ' s permanent legal service has been introduced.

That this measure is dictated in the use of the emerging powers of Article 99 Inc. 1 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 . Approved the agreement signed on 28 December 1994 between the NATIONAL STATE, represented by the Minister of Defence and the PROVINCIA OF MENDOZA, represented by the Governor of the Province, to enable the completion of the infrastructure works and subsequent empowerment of the new "El Plumerillo" International Airport, located in the HERAS Department of the PROVINCIA of MENDO.

Art. 2o . Communicate, publish, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese. . MENEM. . Oscar H. Camilión.
