BUDGET Decree 258/95 Approved the Report and Budget Execution of the 1991 Exercise of the General Administration of Ports S.E. (in liquidation).

VISTO Expediente No. 1834-T-91 of the register of the General Secretariat of PUERTS, SOCIEDAD OF THE STATE (in Liquidation) in which the assessment of the MEMORIA and BUDGET EXECUTION of the year 1991 formulated by the said Administration acting in the area of the MINISTERIO OF ECONOMY AND SERVICES

CONSIDERING:

It is necessary to regularize the situation presented by assessing the MEMORY and BUDGET in question.

That the aforementioned budget execution is duly certified by the competent authority in the matter.

That the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER is empowered to issue this measure in the use of the powers conferred by Articles 99 (1) and (2) and 100 (1) and the Transitional Provision DUODECIMA of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 . Convalidate the MEMORY AND BUDGETARY EXECUTION of the year 1991 of the General ADMINISTRATION OF STATE SOCIED PUERTS (in Liquidation) in accordance with the detail contained in Annexes I and II to the present decree respectively.

Art. 2o . The current and capital erogations of the said entity for the year 1991, amounted to the sum of SETENTA PES and CUATRO MILLONES QUINIENTS AND THREE MIL NOVECIENTS ($ 74,543,900), according to the detail contained in the annex II table to the present decree.

Art. 3o . The total income for the year 1991 amounted to the sum of OCHENTA PESOS and CUATRO MILLONES SESENTA AND CINCO MIL OCHOCIENTOS ($ 84,165,800), according to the detail contained in the annex II table to the present decree.

Art. 4o . As a result of the provisions of Articles 2 and 3 of the present decree, the Superavit for the year 1991 was of PESOS NUEVE MILLONES SEISCIENTS VEINTIUN MIL NOVECIENTS ($ 9,621,900), according to the detail contained in the table of Annex II to this decree.
