VISTO Decree No. 7 of 7 January 1981, the Resolution of the MINISTERY OF EXTERNAL RELATIONS, INTERNATIONAL TRADE AND CULT No. 2709 of 6 October 1993 and the need to designate the ALTERNATIVE REPRESENTATIVE of the Republic to the COMMITTEE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE LATIN-AMERICAN INTEGRATION ARTICLE 36

CONSIDERING:

That under Law No. 22 354 our country has ratified the Treaty of Montevideo 1980 which institutes the LATINAMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF INTEGRATION (ALADI), which entered into force on 18 March 1981.

That Decree No. 7/81 provides that the Alterna Representation of the Republic before the Committee of REPRESENTATIVES OF THE LATIN ASOCIATION OF INTEGRATION (ALADI) shall be carried out by an official of the Permanent Body of the Foreign Service of the Nation.

That under the Resolution of the MINISTERY OF EXTERIORS, INTERNATIONAL TRADE AND CULT No. 2709 of 6 October 1993, the transfer of the second-class Minister Plenipotentiary Don Gustavo Adolfo MORENO to the representation of the Republic to the REPRESENTATIVE COMMITTEE OF THE LATINOMERICAN INTEGRATION ASOCIATION (ALADI).

That this act is given in the exercise of the emerging powers of Art. 99, paragraph 7, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 - He is appointed as ALTERNATIVE REPRESENTATIVE of the Republic to the COMMITTEE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE LATIN ASOCIATION OF INTEGRATION (ALADI) in Montevideo, ORIENTAL REPUBLIC OF URUGUAY, from 25 January 1995, to the official of the category "C", Minister Plenipotentiary of the second class Don Gustavo Adolfo MORENO.
