PEACE Decree 565/95 Approve the provisions of Resolutions No. 914/94-MEYOSP and No. 430/94-SOPYC.

VISTO Issue No. 561-025503/94 of the record of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES, the Resolution of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWORKS AND PUBLIC SERVICES No. 914 of 29 July 1994 and the Resolutions of the SECRETARIAT OF PUBLIC AND COMMUNICATIONS of the Ministry No. 388 of 22 July 1994 and No. 430 of 31 August 1994 and

CONSIDERING:

That in the framework of the provisions of the CONTRACTUAL RENEGOTIATION AGREEMENTS for the National Vial Corridors, approved by Decree No. 1817 of September 29, 1992, the SECRETARIAT OF PUBLIC ARTS AND COMMUNICATIONS of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES issued Resolution No. 388

That the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWORKS AND PUBLIC SERVICES issued "ad referendum" of the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER Resolution No. 914 of 29 July 1994, by which it decides to absorb the authorized increments in order to avoid negative impacts on the process of creation, distribution and marketing of goods and services that are produced and delivered in the territory of the Republic.

That such absorption in essence imports the payment by the National State of a portion of tariff to be paid by the user which, although constitutes an assumption of different nature that the compensation compensation does not preclude it to be paid in conjunction with the corresponding compensation that each of the concessional entities perceives.

Following the above criteria, the SECRETARIAT OF PUBLIC ARTWS AND COMMUNICATIONS of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES issued Resolution No. 430 dated 31 August 1994 instructing the NATIONAL DIRECTION of VIALITY on the form, time and other conditions of payment of the price portion absorbed by the National State No. 914 of 29 July 1994.

That the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER is entitled to the dictation of the present, pursuant to article 99, paragraph 1 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

Article 1 lo Approved the provisions of the Resolution of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND PUBLIC SERVICES No. 914 of 29 July 1994 and the Resolution of the SECRETARIAT OF PUBLIC AND COMMUNICATIONS OF THE MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES No. 430 of 31 August 1994, as Annexes I and II are part of the present.
