CONSIDERING:

That on 24 March 1993, the Financial Protocol was signed between the Governments of the ARGENTINA REPUBLIC and the FRANCE REPUBLIC, which provides for financial cooperation for projects and actions related to the constitution and development of French-Argentine mixed societies.

That under Article 3rd "Financial Conditions" of the said Protocol on 3 December 1993 the Loan Agreement between the CREDIT NATIONAL was signed, acting on behalf of and on behalf of the Government of the FRANCE REPUBLIC and the BANCO DE INVERSION AND EXTERIOR TRADE S. A. (BICE) acting on behalf of the Government of the REPUENTINA.

The financial cooperation of the Government of the FRANCE REPUBLIC to the Government of the ARGENTINA REPUBLIC, under special conditions of concession, is specified in the framework of the aforementioned Protocol and the Loan Convention.

It is advisable to declare the Préstam granted by the FRANCES REPUBLIC of national interest, since the projects that will be funded will be able to make investments in different areas of economic activity.

That in order to implement the aforementioned Loan, it is necessary to ratify the actions in relation to both the Financial Protocol and the aforementioned Loan Convention.

That the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER is entitled to the dictation of this act pursuant to Article 16 of Law No. 11.672, Permanent Supplementary to Budget (t. 1994), and Article 99 (1) and Article 100 (1) and the Twelfth Transitional Provision of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 . Approved the Financial Protocol signed on 24 March 1993 between the Government of the FRANCE REPUBLIC and the Government of the ARGENTINA REPUBLIC, ratifying the actions of the SECRETARIAN OF HACIENDA OF THE MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND PUBLIC SERVICES.

The text of the Protocol in a copy authenticated in French and its translation into Spanish works in Annex I as an integral part of this decree.

Art. 2o ENDING THE terms and conditions of the Préstamus Convention, signed on 3 December 1993 between the CREDIT NATIONAL, acting on behalf of and on behalf of the Government of the FRANCE REPUBLIC and the BANCO DE INVERSION AND COMERCIO EXTERIOR S.A. (BICEONE), acting on behalf of and on behalf of the Government of the ARGENTINE REPUBLIC

The Loan Agreement in a French-language authenticated copy and its translation into Spanish, works in Annex II as an integral part of this decree.

Art. 3o . The projects and actions that are financed through the loan granted by the Government of the FRANCE REPUBLIC to the Government of the ARGENTINA REPUBLIC under the agreement adopted in the preceding Article, with a view to partially financing the projects related to the constitution and development of French-Argentine mixed societies.
