Rule Act No. 24,449 concerning minimum ages required for driving.

VISTO Issue No. 558-000127/95 of the Registry of the MINISTERY of ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES and the Transit Act No. 24.449, and

CONSIDERING:

The Act provided for the regulation of aspects related to the movement of persons, animals and vehicles on the public road and activities related to transport, vehicles, persons, road concessions, road structure and the environment as soon as they were due to transit.

In terms of the human factor, Article 11 of Law No. 24.449 established minimum ages for driving vehicles in the public road.

That the above-mentioned text produced amendments to the previous legislation.

It is therefore necessary to regulate the Transit Act in the terms of Article 94, as regards the minimum ages required for driving.

That Article 99 (2) of the National Constitution authorizes the dictation of this ruling.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA DECRETA NATION:

Article 1 - The minimum ages for driving vehicles in the public road established by Article 11 of Law No. 24,449 shall enter into force from 1 June of the current year.
