NATIONAL PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION Decree No. 747/95 Please provide for the decrease in the expenditure provided for in article 15 of Decree No. 290/95 in different jurisdictions that make up the General Budget of the National Administration for the year 1996.

VISTO Decree No. 290 of 27 February 1995 and

CONSIDERING:

That it is necessary to implement the proposal for a decrease in expenditures set out in article 15 of the decree in the various jurisdictions that make up the General BUDGET OF NATIONAL ADMINISTRATION for the year 1995.

That for the purpose of implementing the provisions of this article it is necessary to make use of the powers granted to the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER by article 44 of Law No. 11.672 COMPLEMENTARY PERMANENT OF BUDGET (T.O. 1994) affecting the surpluses equivalent to the costs that are reduced, corresponding to the Sources of Finance 13 -

That this decree is based on article 15 of the Decree No. 290 of 27 February 1995, issued in general agreement of ministers following the procedure set out in article 99, paragraph 3, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

That the measure provided for is also covered by the provisions of article 44 of Act No. 11.672 COMPLEMENTARY PERMANENT BUDGET (T.O. 1994) and articles 10 and 11 of Act No. 24.447.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 Artículo Amend the General BUDGET OF ADMINISTRATION NATIONAL for the year 1995, in accordance with the working detail in tables annexed to this article that form an integral part of the same.

Art. 2o . Please share in the NATIONAL TESORO the surplus of the funds collected and to collect for the amounts equivalent to the reductions of expenses corresponding to the Sources of Financing 12 - RESOURCES PROPIOS AND 13 - RESOURCES WITH SPECIFIC AFFECATION approved in the tables annexed to Article 1 of this Decree.

Art. 3o . The jurisdictions and entities of the NATIONAL ADMINISTRATION shall deposit in the General TESORRY of the NATION dependent on the SECRETARIAT OF HACIENDA of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTS AND SERVICES PUBLICOS the amounts affected by the preceding article 2 in seven monthly, equal and consecutive quotas, with maturity on the last working day of each month.

Faccinate the SECRETARIAT OF HACIENDA of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWORKS AND SERVICES PUBLICS to modify, within the year and without diminishing the total amount of each affectation, the schedule and the distribution of the amounts of the payments derived from the application of this article, when reasons for seasonality in the perception of resources so indicate.
