FINANCIAL AND CONTROL SYSTEMS OF THE NATIONAL PUBLIC SECTOR Decree 461/95 Approve the Consolidated Budget of the Non-Financial National Public Sector for the fiscal year 1995.

VISTO Act No. 24,156 on FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION AND CONTROL SYSTEMS OF THE NATIONAL PUBLIC SECTOR,

CONSIDERING:

That Article 55 of the Act provides that the NATIONAL BUDGET OFFICE shall prepare annually the Consolidated Budget of the National Public Sector.

That such a consolidated budget should provide information on the net transactions of the national public sector with the rest of the economy.

That Article 55 determines that once approved by the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER, the Consolidated Budget of the National Public Sector shall be referred to the HONORABLE CONGRESS OF NATION.

That the proposed measure is covered by the provisions of Article 55 of Law No. 24.156.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 el Approve the Consolidated Budget of the Non-Financial National Public Sector for the fiscal year 1995, which as an annex is an integral part of this decree.

Art. 2o . Please note that the approval of the above-mentioned Consolidated Budget provided for in the previous article does not mean making changes to the budgets of the National Administration and Non-Financial Public Enterprises, approved by the respective authorities in accordance with the relevant legal rules.

Art. 3o . Note the HONORABLE CONGRESS OF NATION.

Art. 4o . Communicate, publish, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese. . MENEM. Guido Di Tella.
