VISTO agreed with the Government of NEW ZEALAND on the desirability of the opening of the Embassy of the Republic in that country, based in the city of Wellington; and
CONSIDERING
That the establishment of a Diplomatic Representation in Wellington will constitute a decisive instrument for the promotion of bilateral relations in their political, economic, commercial and cultural fields.
The consent of the Receptor State, provided for in article 2 of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, adopted by Decree-Law No. 7.672 of 13 September 1,963.
That the present measure is in use of the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 1 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.
Therefore,
THE PRESIDENT
OF ARGENTINA NATION
RIGHT:
Art. 1_Trust the Embassy of the Republic in NEW ZEALAND, based in the city of Wellington.
Art. 2°_The Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic in NEW ZEALAND, based in the city of Wellington, whose constituency will comprise the entire territory of NEW ZEALAND.
Art. 3°_Expenditures for compliance with this Decree shall be charged to the respective budget lines of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE And CULTO, for the year 1,995 and subsequent.
