FERROCARRIL TRANSPATAGONICO Decree 334/95 Establish the National Commission for Trans-Patagonian Railway Ad Hoc.

VISTO Issue No. 557-000097/94 of the Register of the MINISTERY of ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES, and

CONSIDERING:

According to Article 2 of Law No. 24,364, it is necessary to establish an ad hoc Trans-Pataogonic Trans-Rail Commission.

That according to Article 9 of the aforementioned Law, the pre-factibility study of the aforementioned railway will be carried out in the account and charge of the DIRECTION OF STUDIES and PROJECTS, dependent on the SECRETARIAT OF TRANSPORT OF THE MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES.

That according to the above, it is appropriate to entrust to the Directorate mentioned in the previous consideration the conduct of the study.

That the General Directorate of Humanitarian Affairs of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND SERVICES PUBLICOS has taken the intervention of its competence.

That the present act is determined in accordance with Article 2 of Law No. 24,364.

Article 1 . Constitute the National Commission for Trans-Patagonistic Railways in accordance with Article 2 of Law No. 24,364.

Art. 2o . The National Commission for Trans-Pataogonic Railway ad hoc will be chaired by Mr. Secretary of Transport who will act as representative of the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER, being in turn empowered to designate UN (1) alternate president and DOS (2) secretaries of the Commission.

Art. 3o . Invite the provinces of RIO NEGRO, CHUBUT, SANTA CRUZ and TIERRA del FUEGO, ANTARTIDA E ISLAS DEL ATLANTICO SUR to designate a representative of the governments and another of the Legislatures, to integrate this Commission.

Art. 4o . Invite the company FERROCARRILES ARGENTINOS to designate a representative to integrate this Commission.

Art. 5o . Invite workers' union organizations and ADELCO (Consumer Defense Association) to designate a representative by workers and users respectively to integrate this Commission.

Art. 6th . The representatives listed in Articles 3, 4 and 5 of the present decree shall serve as members of the Commission.

Art. 7o . The Commission established in Article 1 of the present decree shall draw up the timetables and instrumental means to which their objectives and timetables shall be adjusted and shall lift them to the approval of the SECRETARIAT OF TRANSPORTE, which under the provisions of Article 9 of Law No. 24,364 is responsible for carrying out the study of pre-factibility of the said railway, by account and charge of the DIRECTION OF STUDIES and

Art. 8o La The Commission will be with the representatives present at each meeting convened.

Art. 9th . Members who will be members of the National Commission established by Article 1 of the present decree will be executed on an ad honórem basis.
