Decree 657/95

"Permanent" commission designation of a Senior Army Officer to conduct the Army High Course in the United States of America.

VISTO is informed by the Chief of Staff of the Army, as proposed by the Minister of Defence, and

CONSIDERING:

That it is necessary to appoint one (1) Senior Army Officer to conduct the Army High Course in the United States of AMERICA.

That such commission is envisaged in the Annual Programme of Activities and Commissions abroad (PAACE - Year 1996).

That the proposed measure is in use of the emerging powers of Article 99, paragraph 12 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT

OF ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 — Designase en Comisión "Permanente", a partir del 27 de febrero de 1996 y por el term de QUINIENTOS UN (501) días, al Coronel de Caballería D. Eduardo Héctor BERNADOU (M.I. 4.550.186), para realizar el Curso Superior del Ejército en los Estados Unidos de AMERICA.

Art. 2° — Orders for the provision of services for the financing of transport costs (airways), shall be extended by the General MAJOR STATE OF THE EXERCISE.

Art. 3° — THE GENERAL MAJOR STATE OF THE EJERCITO (General Council of the Army), shall proceed to liquidate in the country the payment of the concepts of compensation for change of destination and the equivalent of the first trimester of the salaries and emoluments of the aforementioned Senior Officer, with application of the percentage established in Article 2417 of the Regulation of Title II (Military Personal in Activity) - Chapter IV (Haberes) of the Military Staff Law 19.101.

Art. 4° — Expenditures required to comply with this decree shall be charged against the provisions of the General Budget of the National Administration for the Exercise 1996 and the provisions for the Year 1997, equivalent to:
