DEUDA PUBLICA Decree 829/95 Amendment of Decree No. 2140/91 regarding functions and powers of the Transaction Advisory Commission.

VISTO Law No. 23.982, its Rule Decree No. 2140/91 and its amendments, and

CONSIDERING:

That the decree provided, inter alia, for the rules to which the transaction process should be adjusted.

That one of these rules refers to the functions and powers of the ADVISORY TRANSACTION COMMISSION, assigning it competence to, inter alia, consider the transaction proposals to be forwarded to it by the various Ministers or by the Secretary-General of the NATIONAL PRESIDENCE, when certain requirements are met and the amount of aggrance exceeds a particular sum in money.

It is appropriate to give the higher decision margin to the higher authorities of the different State Departments, which makes it necessary to modify the amount referred to in order to adapt it to that circumstance.

That the present act is in exercise of the emerging powers of article 99, paragraphs 1 and 2, of the National Constitution.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

DECRETA

Article 1 Artículo Replace the first paragraph of article 32 (i) of Decree No. 2140/91 and amended by:

"i) The ASSESSMENT OF TRANSACTIONS operating within the jurisdiction of the PROCURATION OF THE THIRD OF NATION shall maintain the functions and powers provided for in Article 55 (d) of Decree 1105/89 and shall be competent to consider the transaction proposals to be forwarded by any of the Ministers or by the SECRETARY-GENERAL of the PRESIDENCE of the NATION which, together with the requirements established in the points to) ".
