VISTO Bill No. 24.592 sanctioned by the HONORABLE CONGRESS OF NATION on 15 November 1995 and
CONSIDERING:
Article 1 of this project replaces Article 715 of the Customs Code (Act No. 22.415) by providing that the National Customs Administration will publish daily and in order to allow to consider the existence of dumping or subsidy a series of data contained in the import offices for consumption, such as the number of dispatch, description of the goods, country of origin, country of origin, code N. C.
That our country, through Act No. 24,425, adopted the MARRAKECH Agreement, establishing the World Trade Organization, and the other instruments negotiated in the Uruguay Round, including the Agreement on the Application of Article VI of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade of 1994, and as a condition of entry to that body, could no longer be necessary to make changes to the legal system, since it would no longer be appropriate to make changes to the legal system.
That the present measure is determined in the use of the powers conferred by article 83 of the National Constitution.
Therefore,

Article 1 - Note the bill sanctioned under number 24.592.
Art. 2° - Return the draft law referred to in the previous article to the HONORABLE CONGRESS OF NATION.
