VISTO Issue No. 620.639/93 of the Registry of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES, the provisions of Article 86 of the Internal Tax Law texttext ordered in 1979 y and its amendments and Decree No. 1084 of 6 June 1991 and
That the above-mentioned Law empowers the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER to leave without effect temporarily, when it so advises the economic situation, the levies provided for in it.
That by Decree No. 1084/91, the levy established by the Law on Internal Revenue to electronic products was terminated.
That this measure was an appropriate tool for the reactivation of the mentioned sector.
That in that order of ideas, it is considered appropriate to extend the effects of the above-mentioned rules.
That the technical bodies of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWORKS AND SERVICES PUBLICS have issued a favorable opinion.
That the Directorate-General for Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and PUBLICOS has taken the intervention that is within its competence, in accordance with article 7 (d) of Law No. 19.549.
That this decree is issued in the use of the powers conferred by article 86 of the Internal Revenue Act texttext ordered in 1979. and its amendments.

RIGHT:Article 1 s Leave without effect the application of the established levy on national and imported products detailed in tables I and II, annexed to article 70 (a) and (b) of the Internal Revenue Law Intertext ordered in 1979: and its modifications, as follows:
85.15 Television receivers, combined or not with broadcast receivers and/or recording and/or sound recording devices, and/or radio broadcasting receivers for cars or other vehicles, combined radio broadcasting receivers, only.Art. 2° Lo The provisions of the preceding article shall apply to the imponible facts arising from 1 January 1994 until 31 December 1994, including both dates.
