Seen File No. 665-77-000039/93 of the registration of FEDERAL ARGENTINA POLICY, and

CONSIDERING:

That the FEDERAL ARGENTINA POLICY under the MINISTERY OF INTERIOR is in the need to modify the Personnel Plant approved by Decree No. 2801/92, in order to implement the regular promotions regime established by Law No. 21.965, Title II, Chapter VI, which must have effect on 31 December 1993 in response to its organizational-functional structure belonging to the permanent and non-permanent plant.

The Act also provides for extraordinary promotions in certain cases, which result from impossible situations of pre-establishment and which, by their nature, should not be limited.

That it is necessary to incorporate the position of INTERNAL AUDITOR provided for in Act No. 24.156 and Decree No. 971/93.

It has taken the intervention of the EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE ON AGAINST THE ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM, considering that there are no comments to be made on the proposal submitted by that institution.

That the present Decree is issued in the use of the power conferred by article 86 (1) of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 - Approved the Organic Plant of the FEDERAL ARGENTINA POLICY, according to the detail in the tables annexed to this decree and which form an integral part of it.

(Note Infoleg: by art. 1 Decree No. 735/2017 B.O. 20/09/2017, suppressed the position of Internal Auditor of the Organic Plant of the ARGENTINA FEDERAL POLICE, approved by the present Decree and the annexed plank to article 1 thereof.

Art. 2° - The Plant approved by Article 1 shall be effective 1 January 1994.

Article 3 - Except for the FEDERAL POLICY ARGENTINA of the limitations covered by Article 27 of Decree No. 435/90 as amended by Article 5 of Decree No. 1887/91.

Art. 4° - Erogations that demand compliance with this measure shall be affected by the specific credits allocated for Jurisdiction 30.00 - MINISTERIO DEL INTERIOR, contained in the General Budget of the National Administration for the year 1994.
