VISTO Issue No. 001-003694/92 of the record of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES and Law No. 24.133 as amended by Law No. 24.154, and

CONSIDERING

That these rules provide for the conclusion of the NATIONAL STATE with the PROVINCIES and the Municipality of the City of Buenos Aires, for the purpose of achieving the DEFINITIVE SITUATION AS AT 31 March 1991.

That by virtue of this has been signed on January 21, 1993, between the Minister of Economics and Public Works and Services, Doctor Domingo Felipe CAVALLO, on the one hand, and the Lord Governor of the PROVINCIA of RIO NEGRO, Doctor Horacio MASSACCESI, on the other, the AGREEMENT OF DEFINITIVE SITUATION (14) of CATOR, on March 31, 1991.

That the Agreement definitively resolves the differences between the parties until 31 March 1991.

That the Minister of Economy and Public Works and Services has subscribed to the Agreement in use of the powers conferred by article 4 of Act No. 24.133 as amended by Act No. 24.154.

At the same time, and under the eighth clause of the Convention referred to above, both parties sign a supplementary agreement.

That in order to accelerate the implementation of such agreements and to attentive the connection between them, it is considered appropriate to proceed with the approval of them in one act.

That the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER is empowered to issue this decree, under the provisions of article 1 of Act No. 24.133 as amended by Act No. 24.154.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1— Agree on the agreement of the financial situation between the NATIONAL STATE and the NEGRO RIO PROVINCIPLES as at 31 March 1991 - Act No. 24.133 as amended by Act No. 24.154 of 21 January 1993, which in authenticated copy works as Annex I to the present. Art. 2° . Approved the COMPLEMENTARY AGREEMENT FOR THE AGREEMENT OF DEFINITIVE SITUATION FROM THE NATIONAL STATE AND THE PROVINCIPLE OF RIO NEGRO as at 31 March 1991 . Law No. 24.154, signed on 21 January 1993, which in an authenticated copy works as Annex II to the present. Art. 3rd .
