Amend Annex I to Decree No. 1.202/90.

VISTO Decrees No. 1202 of 22 June190, 2414 of 16 December 1992 and 2809 of 29 December 1992 and

CONSIDERING:

That the objectives of the regulations set out in Decree 1202/90 are to dispense with bureaucratic procedures by obtaining considerable savings from the free administration of the sums for the care of expenses for packaging and freight.

That the proposed scale contemplates the needs of staff according to the categories in which they review, the shape of their family group and the differential costs of the countries where they are transferred.

That this scale seeks to establish with equity the allocations mentioned from the coefficients specified in Annex I Decree No. 1.202/90.

That Decrees 2414 of 16 December 1992 and 2809 of 29 December 1992 provided for the opening of the Embassy of the Republic in the UCRANIA REPUBLIC and the Consulate of the Republic in CURIBA, FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF BRAZIL and that the same should be included in Decree 1202/90.

That it is necessary to establish an agile procedure for the incorporation of new resentments into Annex I of Decree 1202/90, xcon their respective coefficients.

That the General Directorate of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE And CULTO has taken the persuasive intervention in the present proceedings, dictating in accordance with the measure propitiated.

That the NATIONAL EXECUTIO is entitled to the dictation of this measure in accordance with Article 86 Subparagraphs 1 and 2 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION and Art. 13 of the Ministry Act.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 - Incorporate in Annex I to Decree No. 1202 of 22 June 1990, the Embassy of the Republic in the UCRANIA REPUBLIC, with the coefficient: IDAS 1.00, REGRESOS 0.70 and for the Consulate of the Republic in CURITIBA, FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF BRAZIL, the coefficient: IDAS 10.90, REGRESOS 1.80.

Art. 2° - Authorize the holder of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE And CULTO, through the dictation of the corresponding administrative act, to institute Annex I of Decree No. 1202 of 22 June 1990, the new Embassies and Consulates that are open, setting the respective coefficients for each case.
