AEROCOMERCIAL TRANSPORT Decree 435/94 Revise Decree No. 2538/91.

VISTO Decree No. 2538 of 5 December 1991; and

CONSIDERING:

That the non-regular air transport services provided for in article 102 of the Aeronautical Code and articles 19 to 21 and 40 and 41 of Act No. 19,030 have been regulated by Decree No. 2538/91 with respect to the rules of procedure for granting authorizations.

Having ceased the factual circumstances that motivated their dictation, the previously cited legal rules do not require the present subsistence of such regulation.

That the present is determined by the provisions of article 86, paragraph 1, of the National Constitution.

Therefore,

Article 1 . Revise Decree No. 2538 of 5 December 1991.
