VISTO, Decrees 1426 of 7 August 1992, No. 84 of 26 January 1993 and No. 736 of 29 April 1992 and

CONSIDERING:

That Decree No. 1426/92 is established in the jurisdiction of the NATIONAL PRESIDENCE, the NATIONAL COUNCIL of WOMEN.

That by articles 4 or 5 of the aforementioned legal rule, as amended by article 2 of Decree No. 84/93, it is stated that the Council shall be composed of a President with equal rank, hierarchy and remuneration as the Secretaries of the Presidency of the Nation.

That Decree No. 736/92 established the integration of the Cabinet of Ministers, Secretaries, Ministerial Assistants, Secretaries and Assistant Secretaries of the PRESIDENCE OF NATION and Head of the MILITAR CASE.

In order to achieve the objectives assigned, it is necessary to expand the integration of the National Council of Women.

That the present act is given in the use of the emerging powers of article 86 (1) of the National Constitution.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

Article 1 Artículo The President of the NATIONAL COUNCIL of WOMEN is reminded of the cabinet posts provided for in articles 1 and 2 of Decree No. 736/92 for the Secretaries of the Presidency of the Nation. Art. 2o o Modify the Administrative Distribution of the Budget of the National Administration .Human Resources 2001 of the Jurisdiction 2001 .PRESIDENCE OF NATION. according to the detail that as an Annex to this article is an integral part of this decree.
