HOMENAJES Decree 1034/94 Establish an Honorary Commission of Tribute and Commemoration of the 20th Anniversary of the Death of the Former President of the Nation Lieutenant General D. Juan D. Perón.

VISTO AND CONSIDERING:

That on 1 July 1994 the 20th Anniversary of the disappearance of the former President of the Lieutenant-General D Nation was fulfilled. Juan Domingo PERON.

That it is necessary to create an Honorary Commission in order to schedule and coordinate the commemorative acts of such significant events, which are expensive to the feelings of the Argentine people.

That the present measure is in exercise of the emerging powers of article 86, paragraph 1 of the National Constitution.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 Artículo Créase, in the jurisdiction of the NATION PRESIDENCE, an Honorary Commission of Tribute and Commemoration of the 20th Anniversary of the Death of the Former President of the Nation Lieutenant General D. Juan Domingo PERON. (Note Infoleg: by art. 1st Decree No. 1573/1994 B.O. 19/09/1994 states that the present commission will have a permanent and national character, henceforth called "NATIONAL PERMANENT COMMISSION OF HOMENAJE TO THE GENERAL TENIENT JUAN DOMINGO PERON") Art. 2o o The Commission shall consist of the following persons:
