VISTO, Articles 100 and 102 of Act No. 24.156 and Decree No. 2662 of 27 December 1993 and
CONSIDERING:
That by the second rule the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER proceeded to the administrative distribution of the credits approved by Act No. 24,307 of the General Budget of the National Administration for the year 1994.
That, in annex I to article 7 of the above-mentioned instrument, delegations of powers and powers are determined to make budgetary modifications.
That it is necessary to specify the procedure by which the organizational structures of AUDITORY UNITS should be formalized INTERNA, created by Section No. 100 of Law No. 24,156, when this implies modifications of credit in subsection 1 - Personal expenses - whatever the source of financing.
That the advice of the NATIONAL BUDGET OF THE SUBSECRETARY BUDGET OF THE MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND PUBLIC SERVICES has been taken into consideration for this measure.
That this act is given in the exercise of the powers provided for in article 7 of Act No. 24,307.
Therefore,
THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION
RIGHT:
Article 1 ∙ Replace paragraph 4 (a) of annex I to article 7 of Decree No. 2662/93 - Regulations for budgetary modifications - as follows:| NORMA | NATURE OF MODIFICATION |

Joint resolution of the competent Ministry, Secretary of the Presidency of the Nation or holder of the decentralized agency, with the Secretary of Public Service and the Secretary of Finance. | (a) Increments of staff plants, by scale level and increments in paragraph 1, regardless of the source of financing, if any, within each jurisdiction or entity, for Internal Audit Units that are believed in accordance with Article No. 100 of Law No. 24.156. |
