I consider the displacement of the Minister of Economy and Public Works and Services to the FRANCES REPUBLIC and JAPON, between 2 and 12 November of the current year; and as set out in article 99, paragraph 7, of the NATIONAL CONTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 ∙ Seize on an interim basis by the Ministry of ECONOMY AND ARTWORKS AND PUBLIC SERVICES and as long as the absence of its holder lasts, Mr. Minister of Labour and Social Security Dr. D. José Armando CARO FIGUEROA. Art. 2o Communicate, publish, give to the National Bureau of the Official Register and archvese. MEN. Domingo F. Cavallo.
