BANCO CENTRAL DE LA REPUBLIC ARGENTINA Decree 2209/94 Reach the aforementioned entity to use the microfilmation procedure established by Act No. 19,931.

VISTO the imperative need to rationalize the physical spaces destined by the BANCO CENTRAL OF THE ARGENTINA REPUBLIC for the archive of its own documentation, manifested in the Record registered in that organism under No. 100.443/94, and

CONSIDERING:

That Act No. 19.931 empowers the ARGENTINA NATION BANK to use microfilmation procedures of its own documentation, granting the generated supports identical probative value than the original documents.

Article 1 of Act No. 23,756 authorizes the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER to empower its agencies to use the said microfilmation procedure.

Article 4 of Act No. 24.144 empowers the BANCO CENTRAL OF THE ARGENTINA REPUBLIC to establish terms and conditions under which financial entities may use electronic document reproduction systems.

It is congruent that the governing entity of the financial system fits into the legislation in force in the matter for private banks and for official banking.

That, in the use of the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 1, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION, action should be taken on the matter.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 . Reach the BANCO CENTRAL OF THE ARGENTINA REPUBLIC, from the date of this decree, to use the microfilmation procedure established by Law No. 19,931 for its auxiliary books and records and for all documentation, both administrative and commercial, which is incorporated into its archives.

Art. 2o . Note the HONORABLE CONGRESS OF NATION.
