BANCO OF ARGENTINA NATION Decree 2246/94 Approve the Expenditure Budget and the Action Plan for the year 1994.

VISTO Article 29 of Law No. 11.672 Permanent Supplementary to Budget (T. 1994); and

CONSIDERING:

That the above-mentioned legal provision determines that the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER shall annually approve the cost and resources budget of the institutions belonging to the Official Banking System and its action plans.

To that end, the present measure on which the budget of the ARGENTINA NATION BANCO, a member of that system, is approved must be encouraged.

That this decree is issued in the use of the powers granted by article 29 of Act No. 11.672 of the Permanent Supplementary Budget (t. 1994).

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 . Approve the Expenditure Budget and the Action Plan for the year 1994 for the BANCO OF ARGENTINA NATION, in accordance with the detail working in tables annexed to this article that are an integral part of it.

Art. 2o . Approve the Resource Calculation Affected to the Financing of the Institution Budget referred to in Article 1 of the present decree, in accordance with the working detail in a grid annexed to this article which is an integral part of it.

Art. 3o . Approve the Analytical Public Work Plan for the year 1994, corresponding to the BANCO OF ARGENTINA NATION, in accordance with the detail working in tables annexed to this article that is an integral part of it.

Art. 4o . Please give timely account to the HONORABLE CONGRESS OF NATION.
