VISTO the temporary absence of the Minister of Economy and Public Works and Services, Doctor D. Domingo Felipe CAVALLO, and

CONSIDERING:

It is necessary to adopt the appropriate remedies, in order to ensure the normal fulfilment of the responsibilities of the Ministry, while the holder is absent.

That the present is given in the use of the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 7, of the NATIONAL CONTITUTION.

Therefore,
