Decree 2634/92

Protract the deadline set out in article 1 of Decree No. 2630/90.

VISTO Act No. 22.431 and No. 140/85, 2630/90, 1133/91 2675/91, and

CONSIDERING:

That the Commission created by the Nros Decrees. 2630/90 and 1133/91 have drafted a message and a bill to reform article 11 of Act No. 22,431 which has not yet had its corresponding legislative treatment.

At present, the imminent danger of eviction by the disabled permissionaries and/or concessionaires who exploit small businesses in different parts of the State remains, with the deadline set out in Decree No. 2675/91.

That it is considered essential to extend the situation of "not innovating" in the matter by THREAT SESENTA AND CINCO (365) days, until the HONORABLE CONGRESS OF NATION provides a definitive solution to this question.

That the present measure is in exercise of the emerging powers of article 86, paragraph (1) of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

Article 1 - Protract the deadline set out in article 1 of Decree No. 2630/90, extended by its similar Nros. 1133/91 and 2675/91 until 31 December 1993.
