VISTO Decree No. 2622/92, and

CONSIDERING:

That, through the above-mentioned Decree, the organizational structure of the SECRETARIAT FOR COMMUNICATION MEASURES of the NATIONAL PRESIDENCE was approved.

That by virtue of the restructuring implemented in that agency, it is necessary to cover the posts of the Undersecretariats that make up it.

This act is given in the use of the conferred powers emerging from article 86, paragraph 10, of the National Constitution.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 Artículo Designa como SUBSECRETARIO de COMUNICACIÓN SOCIAL de la SECRETARIAT DE MEDIA DE COMUNICACIÓN de la PRESIDENCIA DE LA NATION al Sr. Pascual ALBANESE (M. I. No. 7.598.808).

Art. 2o o Serge as a PRESSECRETARY AND DIFUSION OF THE SECRETARIAT OF COMMUNICATION MEASURES OF NATIONAL PRESIDENCE to Mr. Adalberto DIAZ GARCIA (M. I. No. 7.734.910).

Art. 3o o Designa como SUBSECRETARIO DE ADMINISTRATION DE MEDIA DE COMUNICACIÓN de la SECRETARIAT DE MEDIOS DE COMUNICACIÓN de la PRESIDENCIA DE LA NATION al Lic. Walter Pedro BURZACO (M. I. No. 12.089.607).

Art. 4o — The expenditure required to comply with the present decree shall be met with charge to the credits assigned to the corresponding provisions.
