Bs. As., 29/4/93
VISTO Issue No. 6172/92 of the SECRETARY for the Transport of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES, Decree No. 817 of 26 May 1992, Decree No. 2001 of 28 October 1992 and Decree No. 50 of 19 January 1993 and
CONSIDERING:
That Article 16 of Decree No. 817 of 26 May 1992 provides that the NOVENTA (90) days of its publication shall be repealed by Decree No. 4516/73, 890/80, 476/81, its modifiers and related, in such a period of time a new maritime, fluvial and lacustre, port security regime and regulations for the training and training of the shipped personnel of the merchant marine.
That the analysis for the approval of the new decrees that replace them, although it is developed for the most part has not yet completed, so the task requires a longer period than expected.
That the impossibility of applying the rules of the aforementioned regimes until those that replace them are approved would generate a regulatory vacuum that is necessary to avoid, for which the validity of the derogated rules must be reinstated.
That the present decree is issued in accordance with Article 86 (1) of the National Constitution.
Therefore,
THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION
