VISTO Decree No. 1093/93, and

CONSIDERING:

That such an act has slipped a material error, since in its article 2 the primary responsibilities of the ECOLOGICAL AREA METROPOLITANA SOCIEDAD OF THE STATE (CEAMSE) are referred, in paragraph (1), to article 2 (f) of the same decree, and it is appropriate to do so to article 3 (f).

That it is necessary to save the error incurred by dictating the relevant clarification.

That this act is given in the use of the emerging powers of article 86, paragraph 1, of the National Constitution.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 ". Let it be established that in Article 2(1) of Decree No. 1093/93, in the paragraph relating to ECOLOGICAL AREA METROPOLITANA SOCIEDAD OF THE STATE (CEAMSE), where it says "Article 2 (f) of the present" it must be read "Article 3 (f) of the present".
