VISTO the displacement of the Minister of Economy and Public Works and Services to the City of LONDRES - UNITED KINGDOM OF GREAT BRITAIN AND IRELAND OF THE NORTH, between 7 and 12 September of the current year, and as set out in article 86, paragraph 10, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,
