General SINDICATURA OF NATION Decree 1948/93 Authorize the agency to use the procedure of microfilmation of all its documentation, as well as the one corresponding to the ex-Sindicatura General de Empresas Públicas.

VISTO the provisions of Act No. 23.756. authorizing the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER to empower its agencies to use the microfilmation procedure established by Act No. 19,931, and

CONSIDERING:

According to Law No. 24,156, General SINDICATURA OF NATION is the internal control body of the National Executive;

That as the matter of its competence the internal control of the jurisdictions that make up the National Executive and the decentralized agencies and the State Companies and Societies that depend on it, the documentation that works in its archives becomes voluminous and of increasing operational complexity;

That in the same situation is the documentation corresponding to the ex-SINDICATURA General of PUBLIC COMPANIES, whose settlement is carried out by the General Syndicate of the Nation by provision of article 6 of Decree No. 2660/92;

It is necessary to apply the microfilmation procedure in order to solve the lack of space and the precarious preservation of documentation in existing files.

That in such a way the General SINDICATURA OF NATION will have systematized information, which will import easy access to it;

That under articles 86 (1) and (2) of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION and 1 of Act No. 23,756, the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER is empowered to dictate the present.

Therefore,

RIGHT:

Article 1 .Autorise a la SINDICATURA GENERAL DE LA NATION a utilizar el procedimiento de microfilmación de toda la documentación, así como así también la correspondiente a la ex-SINDICATURA GENERAL DE EMPRESAS PUBLICAS, de acuerdo a lo establece en la Ley No 23.756.
