VISTO Bill No. 24,255 passed by the Honorable Congress of the Nation on 13 October 1993 and

CONSIDERING:

That the aforementioned project encourages the creation of a Federal Court of First Instance in the City of Quilmes, Buenos Aires province.

In accordance with article 6 of the General Budget of Expenses and Resources Act No. 24.191 for the year 1993 any law authorizing expenses not provided for in the general budget should specify the sources of resources to be used for funding.

That Bill No. 24,255 does not comply with the condition established in the previous consideration, which is why it is appropriate to fully veto this project.

That the present measure is issued in the use of the powers conferred by article 72 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 - Vetar el Proyecto de Ley Penaldo bajo el No 24.255 .

Art. 2° - Return the draft law referred to in the previous article to the HONORABLE CONGRESS OF NATION.
