VISTO file No. 25.587/88 of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWORKS AND PUBLIC SERVICES and Decrees No. 407/91 and 2137/91, and

CONSIDERING:

That the RURAL ARGENTINA SOCIEDAD currently holds a predium in PALERMO under Law 5114, extended successively by Laws 11.365, Decree-Law 3581/58, 15.794, 22.036, 22.730 and 23.333 and Resolution ME. No. 27 of 20 January 1989 granting it the precarious and free use in the terms of article 53 of the Accounting Act.

That SOCIEDAD RURAL ARGENTINA has offered to acquire the predio ferial in the terms of article 12 (b) of Decree No. 407/91, as amended by Decree No. 2137/91, for the purpose of assigning it to the realization of the Exhibition of Livestock, Agriculture and Industry, as well as to make exhibitions and fairs related to different activities.

This is a private property of the NATIONAL STATE that is unnecessary for its management, so its disposal is carried out within the policy set out by article 60 of Law 23.697 and the provisions of Decree No. 407/91, amended by Decree No. 809/91 and 2137/91.

That Decree No. 407/91, in its article 12, admits sales by the direct procurement system, provided that circumstances of general interest justify them, clarifying that the conditions of real estate sale may foresee the deferral of payment of the price.

Article 2 of Law 22.423 provides for the system of direct recruitment in the cases of associations, which use the property exclusively for the fulfilment of their statutory purposes, provided that they have carried out infrastructure works in the same - Decree No. 407/91, article 12, as amended by Decree No. 2137/91.

That the events of different nature carried out annually by the RURAL ARGENTINA SOCIEDAD are within the statutory purposes of that Institution and benefit the community in general.

That the powers for the issuance of this act arise from article 86 (1) of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 - Approve the sale of the predio Ferial de Palermo, owned by the NATIONAL STATE ARGENTINO, located between the Avenidas SANTA FE y SARMIENTO and the streets CERVIÑO y ORO, designated as Circunscription Catastral 10, Section 21, Manzana 16 a, Fraction cRAS, in favor of the SOCIED RURAL ARGENTINA, instrumented in the sale

Art. 2° - Communicate, publish, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.- MENEM.- Domingo F. Cavallo.

(Note Infoleg: by art. 1 Decree No. 2552/2012 B.O. 21/12/2012 is revoked, because it is affected by absolute nullity, the present Decree, as well as all those acts dictated in consequence of this decree, by adolecer of equal nullity)
