VISTO the emerging statements of economic policy by the NATIONAL GOVERNMENT, and
CONSIDERING
It is necessary to support the current wage policy in the framework of decisions that tend to address a significant decrease in the inflationary index and consequently to achieve greater economic stability that will strengthen the purchasing power of wages.
That this intelligence foresees the need to adjust the remuneration of the FEDERAL PENITENCIARY SERVICE staff from April of this year, trying to achieve an improvement in the hierarchical relationship that must exist between the different degrees.
That the SECTOR ' s TECHNICAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE PUBLICO has taken the intervention that belongs to him.
That this measure fits into the powers granted to the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER by article 86 (1) of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.
Therefore,
THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION
RIGHT:
Article 1 - Please note from 1 April 1992, the Monthly Staff of the FEDERAL PENITENCIARY SERVICE according to the amounts specified for the different hierarchies in Annex I to this Decree. Art. 2nd . Replace from the date specified in the previous Article, Article 2 of Decree 2260 of 29 October 1991, extended by its similar No. 2505 of 27 November 1991, with the following:"Art. 2° The liquidation of that compensation shall be of TREINTA FOR SCIENTY (30%) applied to the Monthly Haber corresponding to each degree".
Article 3. As of 1 April 1992, for the staff of the FEDERAL PENITENCIARY SERVICE under the Ministry of Justice, an additional non-Bonly Remunerative, whose amounts for each hierarchy are detailed in Annex II to this Decree.Please note that this additional supplement will not be computed for the calculation of any general supplement, particular or compensation, whatever its nature.
Article 4. The staff of the FEDERAL PENITENCIARY SERVICE in retirement and their pensioners shall receive the additional one created by the previous Article in the corresponding proportion, according to the percentages with which their respective retirement and pension assets are calculated. Art. 5o The emerging costs of the implementation of the provisions of this Decree shall be charged to the specific provisions of the General BUDGET OF the current NATIONAL ADMINISTRATION. Art. 6°...
