Amendment of Decree No. 275/86

VISTO Decree No. 275 of 26 February 1986, proposed by the Secretariat of the Public Service of the Presidency of the Nation, and
That by article 2 of the decree, an additional non-boniable, in terms of dedication to the investigation, was established for the personnel of certain scales of the National Council for Scientific and Technical Research and other agencies that carry out similar tasks.
That, pursuant to Decree No. 275/86, the Public Service Secretariat, through the Directorate-General of the Automated Data Registry, was assigned responsibility for monitoring compliance with the requirements set out in the aforementioned system, prior to the liquidation of the benefit.
That, in order to give full effect to the process of transformation and administrative reform undertaken by the National Government, it must be carried out with the utmost speed and administrative economy.
That, consequently and in order to expedite the relevant procedures, it is appropriate to have the deletion of the obligation to submit the affidavit to the ex-Directorate-General of the Automated Data Registry, today General Directorate of Public Service Statistics, as a precondition for the liquidation of the benefit involved.
That this measure fits into the powers granted to the National Executive by article 86, paragraph 1, of the National Constitution.
Therefore,
THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION
RIGHT:
Article 1 - Replace article 5 of Decree No. 275 of 26 February 1986 with the following text:
"ARTICLE 5°. - The liquidation and payment of the additional commitment to the investigation shall be the exclusive responsibility of the administrative services of the agencies mentioned in Annex I, which compels them to carry out all the controls and checks that they deem necessary for their proper application."
