VISTO and CONSIDERING that the ELECTORAL NATIONAL BOARD has completed the tasks of the final scrutiny of the election held on June 28 of this year.

That, in accordance with articles 46 and 81 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION, it is up to the meeting of the SENAER BOARD by the FEDERAL CAPITAL.

That article 86 (1) and (3) of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION empowers the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER to dictate this act.

Therefore,

THE PROVISORY CHAIRMAN OF THE SENATE OF NATION IN EXERCISE OF THE EXECUTIVE POWER

RIGHT:

Article 1 DE REVOCASE TO THE BOARD OF SENADOR ELECTORES BY THE CAPITAL FEDERAL, elected in the elections of 28 June 1992, for the day 7 August 1992, at 10 a.m., at the headquarters of the CAMARA DE DIPUTADOS DE LA NATION, so that it may proceed to fulfil its role in accordance with article 46 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Art. 2° El The MINISTERY OF INTERIOR shall take the supplementary measures that may correspond to the purpose of completing this Decree.
