DIPLOMATIC MISSIONS Decree 1430/92 Dispose the closure of the Embassy of the Republic in the Republic of Zaire.

VISTO is proposed by the Ministry of Foreign and CULTO RELATIONS, and

CONSIDERING:

It is necessary to take economic measures to reduce public spending as far as possible.

One such step is the closure of some diplomatic missions abroad.

That in the present case the strictly economic motive of the decision does not affect the friendly relations with the Government of the ZAIRE REPUBLIC.

That the enforceable power is empowered to dictate this measure under article 86 (1) of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 Artículo Dispose the closure of the Embassy of the Republic at the ZAIRE REPUBLIC.

Art. 2° The Ministry of Foreign Affairs And CULTO shall comply with the provisions of this decree with the necessary administrative measures.

Art. 3rd . The expenses that demand compliance with the provisions of the preceding articles will be met from the provisions of the budget of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and CULTO.
