CINEMATOGRAFIA Decree 1460/92 Delete tariffs provided for in Annex I to Decree No. 1655/90.

VISTO Nros Decrees. 1655 of 24 August 1990 and 2736 of 26 December 1991

CONSIDERING:

That with the decree No. 2736/91 new audiovisual elements are integrated into existing cinematographs, for whose efficient administration it is advisable to simplify any formalities and eliminate any unsuccessful burdens that are less onerous to those administered.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 ". Delete the tariffs provided for in Annex I to Decree No. 1655/90, concerning the "Inscription as a distributor of cinematographic works", the "certificate of constancy as a distributor" and the "inscription as a trade hall".

Similarly, registrations and extension of certificates, corresponding to the registrations provided for in Article 4 of Decree No. 2736/91, shall not be reached by any tariff.
