DEFENSA MINISTERY Decree 1541/92 Include the School of Officials "Coronel Rómulo Paez" in the scope of Article 146 (b) of the Regulations of Law No. 17.531.

VISTO proposed by the Minister of Defence, and

CONSIDERING:

That the MINISTERY OF JUSTICE has requested the exception to the Conscription Service for Sub-Aiders to graduate from the "CORONEL ROMULO PAEZ" SUBOFICIAL SCORONEL dependent on the "Federal PENITENCIARY SERVICE".

That the military instruction given to the Aspirants of the said Institute, from their entry to their graduation, meets the requirements for being qualified as instructed soldiers and transferred to the Army reserve.

It is the responsibility of MINISTERY DEFENSA to propose to the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER the Institutes for the Recruitment of Non-Family Institutions, to which the exception of Article 33, paragraph 7, of Law No. 17.531 (Military Service Act) will be extended.

It is necessary to include the above-mentioned school of officers in the emergency regime provided for in Article 146 (b) of Decree No. 6701/68 Rule of Law No. 17.531.

Article 86, paragraph 2, of the National Constitution confers the powers required by the present decree.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 . Include to the "CORONEL ROMULO PAEZ" SUBOFICIALS in the scope of Article 146 (b) of the Regulation of Law No. 17.531.

Art. 2° . Apply to the staff of the Aspirants who have approved all the courses and graduate from the said Institute with the rank of Sub-Helpante, the exception provided for in Article 33, paragraph 7 of Law No. 17.531.

Art. 3rd . Apply to Aspirants ' staff during their period of incorporation to the Institute and in the event of their decommissioning before the decommission, as prescribed in Article 36 of Law No. 17.531.
