PRIVATIZATIONS Decree 1652/92 Amendment of Decree No. 1144/92.

VISTO Decree No. 1144/92 of call to the Subasta Competition for the privatization of SOMISA.

CONSIDERING:

It is convenient to replace with "ACEROS PARANA S.A." the name of the society created by Decree No. 1144/92 in order to avoid conflicts with third parties that have registered such a name immediately before the promulgation of the decree and to give a geographical connotation to the new entity to be privatized.

It is also appropriate to have the correctness of material errors or omissions in the text of Decree No. 1144/92 of July 8,1992.

That the present is in exercise of the powers granted by article 86 (1) of the National Constitution and article 101 of the National Regulations on Administrative Procedures - Decree No. 1759/72 (t. or 1991).

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 Artículo Replace by ACEROS PARANA S. A. the name of the anonymous company created by Decree No. 1144/92 for all the purposes provided for in that Decree.

Art. 2° . Add the "y" conjunction after the words "... through the acts and procedures provided for in this article..." - and before the words "...in Article 13 of this decree..." in the second paragraph of Article 11 of Decree No. 1144/92, this paragraph should be read as follows:

"No debt that by its characteristics, elements, or nature is excluded from the categories defined in the (a) and (b) above mentioned may be or understand to have been transferred to, or assumed, by ACEROS PARANA S. A., through the acts and procedures provided for in this article and in Article 13 of this decree as part of the business unit referred to in Article 13."

Art. 3° . Note the HONORABLE CONGRESS OF NATION and report to the BICAMERAL COMMISSION, established under article 14 of Act No. 23,696 for the purposes provided for in that Act.
