FEDERAL ARGENTINA POLICY Decree 1809/92 Note new coefficients for your staff.

VISTO Expediente No. 665-77-00018/92 of the Register of FEDERAL ARGENTINA POLICY, and

CONSIDERING:

According to Decree No. 1930 of 19 September 1990 in Article 11, all provisions determining remuneration are left without effect through coefficients, indices or other reference.

That in the context of the salaries of the staff of FEDERAL ARGENTINA POLICY, it particularly affects the income they receive from additional and/or supplements.

That in this regard, Decree No. 1866 of 26 July 1983, in Article 396, establishes the Supplement for Professional Risk of the Brigade Explosives Division.

That also occurs with the additional function in the area of the Data Computing System established by Decree No. 157 of 28 January 1980, as amended by Decree No. 688 of 24 May 1989 and the Compensation for Recharge of Service to the Staff referred to in Articles 410 and 411 of Decree 1.866/83 and its amendments.

That the proposed measure represents a significant increase in the flow of erogations intended to meet the costs of this Staff.

That the SECTOR ' s TECHNICAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE PUBLICO has taken the intervention that belongs to him.

That the measure fits into the powers granted to the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER by Article 86, paragraph 1 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 s Note for staff within the scope of Article 396 of the Decree No. 1866 of 26 July 1983, the coefficients determined in the annexed table to this article. Art. 2o s Replace the coefficients established by the Decree No. 688 of 24 May 1989, in the area of the Data Computing System for the amounts allocated in Planilla attached to this article, in accordance with the functions performed by the agents, which will be updated, in accordance with the general wage policy applied to the staff of the FEDERAL POLICE ARGENTINA. Art. 3o elSubstitute the existing text of Article 411 of Decree No. 1866 of 26 July 1983, as amended by Decree No. 144 of 9 February 1988, which shall be drafted as follows:

"ARTICULO 411. ". The compensation set out in the previous Article will be paid to the Senior Officials, Chiefs and Sub-alterns and the Sub-alternate Staff of the ARGENTINA FEDERAL POLICE."

Art. 4o . Stability of the Service Recharge Compensation Coefficients awarded to the ARGENTINA FEDERAL POLICE staff in accordance with Articles Nros. 410 and 411 of Decree No. 1866 of 26 July 1983 and its amendment, in accordance with the detail in the annexa table to this article. Art. 5o Las The emerging provisions of the present Decree shall apply from the 1st of the month following the date of the present Decree. Art. 6th . The erogation that demands the application of this Decree will be covered by the INCISO 11 . PERSONAL Credits, of the current budget of FEDERAL ARGENTINA POLICY, Jurisdiction 30 .
