VISTO Draft Law No. 24.139, submitted by the HONORABLE CONGRESS OF NATION after its sanction, for the procedure established in articles 71 and 72 of the National Constitution, and

CONSIDERING:

That Bill No. 24,139 implements a special regime that is contemplated in article 2 of Act No. 24,146, recently sanctioned by the HONORABLE CONGRESS OF NATION, which with general legislative scope regarding the transfer of properties of the NATIONAL STATE, with which it overlaps, more than possessing deficiencies in the technical aspect that are duly contemplated by the legislation of general scope.

That such normative overlap is legislatively inconvenient.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 . Note in its entirety the Draft Law No. 24.139, for the reasons expressed in those considered in this Decree.

Art. 2° . Return the mentioned Project, together with authenticated copy of the present to the HONORABLE CONGRESS OF NATION.
