VISTO the draft Law sanctioned with the N° 24.178 by the HONORABLE CONGRESS OF THE NATION by which the domain of the lots 5 and 6 of the ejido of "El Bolsón" is transferred free to the Province of Río Negro, the lot 1 to 7 of the section "Loma del MedioITU" and the lots 1 to 7 of the section "Río Azul, these last two,

CONSIDERING:

That the aforementioned NATIONAL STATE INSTITUTE was dissolved by Decree No. 2284 of 31 October 1991.

That in the light of the powers granted by article 43 of the Decree, by Resolution No. 112 of 24 January 1992 of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES and Resolution No. 101 of 9 March 1992 of the SECRETARIAT OF AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA PESCA transferred to the NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR AGROPULARY TECHNOLOGY certain properties, including those mentioned in draft Law No. 24.178.

That in consequence at the time of the adoption of this bill, the property transferred by it had already emerged from the jurisdiction of the NATIONAL FOREST INSTITUTE, for having been dissolved, and were assigned to the jurisdiction of the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF AGROPULARY TECHNOLOGY.

That the above-mentioned circumstances lead to the need to veto the referred project.

That the present act is determined by virtue of the powers accorded to it under article 72 of the National Constitution.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 . See the bill sanctioned under No. 24.178.

Art. 2° . Return the Law quoted in the preceding article to the HONORABLE CONGRESS OF NATION.
