I look at the displacement of the Minister of Economics and Public Works and Services to the cities of Milan (ITALIAN REPUBLIC) and Barcelona ( SPAIN REPUBLIC), from 28 October 1992; and as set out in article 86, paragraph 1) of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

Article 1 . Designase as interim in charge of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES to Mr. Minister of Labour and Social Security Dr. D. Rodolfo Alejandro Díaz.
