DEFENSA MINISTERY Decree 2748/90 Authorize the Chief of General Staff of the Navy to carry out the relevant procedures and to subscribe the notary deeds, regarding properties assigned to the jurisdiction of the Argentine Navy.

VISTO informs you by the Chief of the General MAJOR STATE of the ARMADA, which is proposed by the Minister of Defence, and

CONSIDERING

That the ARMADA ARGENTINA has assigned in use numerous properties, on which the notary and registration acts relevant to perfect the domain have not yet been granted.

That by a principle of legal order and security it is necessary to complete such acts.

For the above reasons, it is appropriate to authorize the Chief of the MAJOR STATE OF THE ARMADA, or the official designated by the ARGENTINO NATIONAL STATE, to carry out the relevant procedures and to subscribe the necessary notary deeds, in order to obtain the corresponding titles of ownership in favor of the ARGENTINE NATIONAL STATE, in respect of the properties assigned to the jurisdiction of the ARMADA ARGENTINA, in the same cases where the same has not been perfected.

That the present measure is determined in the use of the powers conferred by Article 86, paragraph 1 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1.. Authorize the Chief of the General MAJOR STATE of the ARMADA, or the official designated by the ARGENTINO NATIONAL STATE, to carry out the relevant procedures and to subscribe the necessary notary deeds in order to obtain the corresponding titles of property in favor of the ARGENTINE NATIONAL STATE, with respect to the properties assigned to the jurisdiction of the ARMADA ARGENTINA, in the event that the rule on the same date has not yet been perfected.
