VISTO Decree No.593 of 29 March 1990 providing that the BANCO CENTRAL OF THE ARGENTINA REPUBLIC proceeds to the issuance of titles in southern carriers called INVERSION BONOS and CHILLANCE in the amount of up to AUSTRALES A BILLON QUINIENTOS MILLLONES (VA1,500.000.000.000),

CONSIDERING

It is necessary to have a new issue of the values of similar characteristics and conditions established by Decree No.593/90, in order to cover financial deficiencies of the NATIONAL TESORO.

That the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER is authorized to issue values of the Public Debt in accordance with articles 33 of Law 11.672 (modified by article 34 of Law 16.432 and Act No. 16.911) and 13 of Law 23.763, in force in accordance with article 13 of the Public Accounting Act (Decree - Law No. 233,354 of 31 December 1956).

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

Article 1 El The BANCO CENTRAL OF THE REPUBLIC ARGENTINA as a financial agent of the NATIONAL GOVERNMENT will proceed to issue, at the request of the SUBSECRETARIA DE HACIENDA, a new series of titles in australes to the bearer called BONOS DE INVERSION and CHILD for an amount equivalent to DOLARES ESTADOUNIDONEENSES DOS MIL Art. 2o o Contact, post, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese.
