VISTO the North Decrees. 479 dated 14 March 1990 and its amendments and 111 of 16 January 1991
CONSIDERING:
In the context of the organizational and reform measures of the NATIONAL PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION, the restructuring of the State Departments responsible for the dispatch of the affairs of the Nation is envisaged.
That for the purposes of the realization of such purposes, it is necessary to address within the area of the MINISTERIES OF ECONOMY and OF ARTWS and PUBLIC SERVICES the measures that will ensure the achievement of the objectives described.
That the present measure is in use of the emerging powers of article 86, paragraph 1 of the National Constitution.
Therefore,
THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION
RIGHT:
ARTICLE 1 O Replace the sections of Article 1 of Decree No. 479 of 14 March 1990, with the amendments to the Constitution. 755 dated 23 April 1990 and 871 dated 4 May 1990 for the jurisdictions of the MINISTERIES OF ECONOMY and ARTWS and PUBLIC SERVICES for the following:MINISTERY OF ECONOMY

Art. 2o o Replace Annexes IV and V of Article 2 of Decree 479/90 with the amendments to Decrees 755/90 and 871/90, with the annex that is an integral part of the present. Art. 3o o Delete the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY. The functions and powers assigned to it in a timely manner shall be exercised by the Minister of Economy, with the latter being entitled to assign or transfer such functions and powers to the Undersecretariats of their area, according to the mission to which each of them is granted. Art. 4o Delete the ECONOMIC AND ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATION SUBSECRETY of MINISTERY OF ARTWORKS AND PUBLIC SERVICES. MINISTERY OF ECONOMY
I DE SUBSECRETARIA DE ECONOMIA
It will have as its mission the former SECRETARY-GENERAL OF ECONOMIC COORDINATION AND REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT.
II DE SUBSECRETARIA DE RELATIONS INSTITUTIONAL
It will have as its mission to assist the Minister of Economics in the development of the tasks inherent in the support of institutional relations, both with the various areas of NATIONAL PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION, the HONORABLE CONGRESS OF NATION and the JUDICIAL PODER and with the different sectors of the public and private spheres.
III SU SUBSECRETARIA DE HACIENDA
It will have as its mission the assignment to the former HACIENDA SECRETARIAT.
IV DE PUBLIC FINANCE SUBSECRETARIA
It will be assigned as a mission to the former PUBLIC INCOME SECRETARY.
V DE ELECTRIC ENERGY SUBSECRETARIA
The mission will be assigned to the former ENERGY SUBSECRETARIA, except for the mission assigned to the COMBUSTIBLE SUBSECRETARIA.
VI . SUBSECRETARIA DE INDUSTRIA AND TRADE.
The mission will be assigned to the former SECRETARIAT OF INDUSTRIA AND EXTERIOR TRADE, INTERIOR TRADE and MINERIA.
VII SU SUBSECRETARIA DE COORDINATION ADMINISTRATIVE AND TECHNICAL
It will have as its mission the assignment of the former SECTORS OF SALARY POLICY, the PUBLIC AND TECHNICAL SECTOR and ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATION.
VIII SU SUBSECRETARIA DE AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA AND PESCA
It will have as its mission the assignment to the ex-SECRETARIAT of AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA and PESCA.
IX . SUBSECRETARIA DE COMBUSTIBLES.
The mission will be assigned to the former ENERGIA SUBSECRETARIA in the hydrocarbon sector.

It will have as its mission the assignment to the former PUBLIC ART SECRETARIAT and PUBLIC SERVICES.
