Art. 1 - The obligation to enter and negotiate in the market for foreign exchange exchange exchanges from the export of products that were disposed of by the art.1° of the dec. 2581 of 10 April 1964.

Art. 2° - The provisions of the preceding article will also apply to any amount earned in foreign currency in favour of a resident in the Argentine Republic and to foreign currency derived from the collection of concepts such as Hotels, tickets, commissions, insurance and other similar ones.

Art.3° - The Central Bank of the Argentine Republic and the National Customs Administration shall, within their respective jurisdictions, make the necessary provisions for the elimination of the bank restraining of the boarding permits, the registration of counterfeitings by the banking entities, the obligation of the daily communication of restrainings, the denunciation for the lack of income of currency or others that are relevant for the application of the provisions of the present decree.

Art. 4° - The provisions of article 10 of the dec are without effect. 1555 dated 4 September 1986, on foreign exchange income and negotiation for access to the tax return system established therein. The payment of the amounts corresponding to the operations reached by this regime shall be made in accordance with the current regulations, using the type of exchange of buyer of the Banco de la Nación Argentina of the day prior to the payment or accreditation of the exporter.

Art. 5° - The provisions of art. 1 will be applied for customs declarations of export for consumption to be formalized before the National Customs Administration from the day after the publication of this decree in the Official Gazette.
