_ Decree 722/91 Update the Lists of Narcotics, Psychotropics and other substances that may produce physical or mental dependence, for the purposes set out in the last paragraph of article 77 of the Criminal Code.

VISTO the provisions of the last paragraph of article 77 of the Criminal Code, as amended by article 40 of Act No. 23.737, and

CONSIDERING:

The lists of narcotics, psychotropics and other substances capable of producing physical or mental dependence should be updated periodically in order to determine which products are included in the aforementioned payrolls.

That, therefore, it is appropriate to include in those lists the drugs appropriated for their utmost danger in the Lists produced by the International Narcotics Control Board (IFCB) of the United Nations Organization, updated at its eleventh special session, in February 1990.

That this measure is given in the use of the emerging powers of article 77 of the Criminal Code.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 - Consider "stuspecting" for the purposes set out in the last paragraph of article 77 of the Criminal Code to the products included in the list that as Annex I is an integral part of this decree.
